Haim,

I am in complete agreement with you. You have very eloquently stated the case for the fact that the so-called American justice system is a fraud and a mockery of real justice.

As long as the really effective criminals like Ken Lay, David Komansky and Philip Purcell control the financial system no American can feel that his/her wealth is secure from the depredations of the predatory class who run Wall Street for their own gain, and for no other reason.
