I doubt it. I'd think they would have given her the ordinary caution to tell the truth in the interviews. As a practical matter, she likely wasn't represented by criminal counsel at that point. A corporate lawyer has a much different POV and list of concerns than a lawyer who focuses primarily or exclusively on criminal law.
