I'm surprised AQ hasn't concentrated more on Africa. Black muslim Africans have a better chance of not drawing attention in America, and would have a large support network as immigrants in Nation of Islam. They would be much better operatives than Arabs. And there isn't exactly a shortage of black muslim extremists in Africa.
