You are comparing Martha Stewart's lies to Vietnam? I could not think of a way to stretch it any more! She lied to the Feds, the SEC and everyone. Then lied again. Then lied again, and again and again......do you get the picture? NONE of this would be happening if she had admitted what she did at any time before the trial began. Even after yesterday's verdict she said she did not do it on her website(a quote which was eventually pulled). But someone had better tell her that she should finally fess up or else her sentencing will not go too well. I have little sympathy for people who lie like she has, and who take no accountability for their actions. She brought this whole mess onto herself.
