Rambi, have you been to the doctor to get a definitive diagnosis of this arthritis? Is it in both hands? If so, unless you play ambidextrous with your mouse, I don't think it is at fault. FWIW, I have used Logitech Marble mouse four years. For ergonomics, nothing beats it! I don't see them in the computer stores anymore, but you could probably buy one from Logitech's website.
