pocket. These are the type of plans we as a nation should institute for national healthcare and medicare. The high deductible keeps the costs way down it will keep costs down for those of us who are/were not those over-utilizing the health plans...the downside for the full service providers is that as more and more healthy participants leave that system, they will be left with the highest utilization payers as their pool of healthy "cost subsidizers" shrinks.... companies like fortis and golden rule will be the beneficiaries of that shift.
