Yep, the RNC and the radical right wing have a serious agenda to dismantle all of the social-economic programs put in place by FDR and those who followed. I have not heard them dispute this.

The serious conspiracy idea is that Cheney/Rove et al are purposefully gutting the US Treasury and creating a monster deficit IN ORDER TO destabilize the US. The resulting chaos and fear will allow them to crack down on any and all dissent.
