It turns out that Mr. Spirit's affliction, Lues Boswelliana, was previously identified by Thomas Macaulay.

kirjasto.sci.fi

"...the historian Thomas Macaulay (1800-1859) called Boswell's worship of Dr. Johnson 'Lues Boswelliana, or disease of admiration.'"

Bush has broken dozens and dozens of promises. Where do I start? Let me give you a few big ones:
- Compassionate conservative (as if!)
- Will not nation build (has)
- Will be a humble foreigh affairs prez (anything but)
- Environmental president (maybe the worst ever)
- Leave No Child Behind (unfunded and underfunded mandate)
- Prescrption drugs (more like huge corporate welfare)
- Will fix gasoline prices (has been record high ever since)
- Will pay NYC 20 billion (only 5.5 billion paid)
- Will fund AIDS fight in Africa (hasn't)
- Will build hydrogen cars (hasn't)
- Will find OBL (hasn't)
- Will be a uniter not a divider (divided from the beginning)
- Will work with the UN and allies on Iraq (didn't)
- Will give cops and firemen what they need (hasn't)

Now want me to start on the faied programs and misrepresentations he's made? I think you get the point.
