I agree insofar the demographic argument does not turn up in the "traditional" theories - as in "Have we not enough problems as it is, without another exogenous parameter entering the race". The only quote off my unqualified head is Keynes' remark about the fact that "on the long run, we're all dead";)

To be honest, I feel like repeating things said a dozen times already here.
