That's the scariest part of Kerry. Some may hate Bush but at least he is consistent and he doesn't change with the polls.

I think Kerry's strategy will be to put him out as the intellectual of the nuanced position, able to hold several conflicting positions on a single item and blather on about them when challenged, either by leaning back in a desk chair or leaning over a podium with a wagging finger.

I can't see how Kerry could put those kind of expenses off on the taxpayer.

The US picked up the pace on returning sovereignty to Iraq to satisfy critics, but if the Iraqis later run into trouble, you can bet the same critics will slam the US for following an accelerated timetable.
