Wow, what a day I had Sunday. I and a friend worked all day on my Jeep. I was able to get a brand new Transfer Case for FREE in replacement of my 2001 T/C with 54k miles on it. We installed a Slip Yoke Eliminator (allows for a longer rear driveshaft which helps with angles and reduces or eliminates vibrations) in the new one, then we switched out my T/C for the new one, switched out my factory rear Upper Control Arms for Adjustable ones, switched out my front and rear driveshaft yokes for U-Bolted types, removed the front driveshaft and cleaned and regreased it, replaced a leaky front pinion seal in the differential and replaced my factory transfer case skid plate with a BELLY UP one (gives 2" more clearance in the center section). It was exhausting and took us from 8:00am till 4:00pm with no stop for lunch. Now just awaiting delivery of my new C/V jointed rear drive shaft. Jeep LOOKS great, can hardly wait to try it out. jdn
