So what's the beef? Kerry has always supported disarming Saddam Hussein, meaning inspections backed by the threat of real force and war as a last resort only. Disarming Suddam is not the issue here, it's how Bush did it that was so wrong-headed and reckless.

"There was a right way to do it and a wrong way to do it" as JK always says, plus Bush and his people LIED about the intelligence they are responsible for providing to congress and hyped what they didn't lie about. JK also made it clear that the invasion should wait until inspections run their source, we build a broad coalition and we are prepared for the post-war situation. That he always made clear. Again, where's the beef? Why did Bushies have to lie about pre-war intelligence? And why didn't Bush take JK's advice instead of moving recklessly and taking over a country unprepared to manage it afterward? Just the oil?
