The Chinese have a secret new technique to obtain the raw materials they want. They "pay" for them. I know that this will seem radical to the neocons, but the Chinese convince countries which have large amounts of oil to send it to the Chinese in return for something called "money"! They get this money stuff by selling things to other countries. -- Carl
