The impact wrench sounds handy to have, especially if you have some nuts that have some corrosion and are hard to get loose. I have a friend who works on old tractors and uses an air driven impact wrench. Saves him hours on a job.

He built an addition to his house plus a 26x35 work shop. He used an air nail gun on those projects and it was amazing how fast something could be built with one of those nailers.
