It's not so much a questioon of what I want but more what the SEC wants and is demanding from publically owned companies.

You should read the Sarbanes/Oxley law on this subject.

As far as Profit - Fonar is on its way. 2/3 of the way to 100 sales.

Frank, you just stuck your feet in your mouth!
Do you really think Fonar will make a profit when & if the make 100 sales??

I mean a full blown, no excuses, Net Profit!

It will never happen... They do not know how to do it...
The more they Sell, the more they spend... as long as they continue to do that, they will NEVER EVER make a profit.

You name the BET... anything you want... and we'll see about it.

.

Remember many of you said FONAR CAN'T SELL. The Medical Community will never do business with Dr.Damadian.

I never said that...

If you think you are
"SOME of us LIKE controlling voting shares", you've got to be kidding... No matter how many shares you have, you cannot control anything... it does no good whatsoever to own voting shares!
