Bush joins FDR & Reagan in the big deficit spenders club. Bush is a bigger deficit spender than even FDR and Reagan. They could blame deficit spending on WW2 and the cold war. Bush has no comparable challenge. Cut tax rates to the lowest since 1950 and you get one of the highest deficits in real terms in history. No big surprise.
