The old Blame it on Clinton shtick has got old.

I don't recall Clinton ever praising Aristide as a great leader, but Clinton did praise democracy as a better form of government than coups and strongmen. The loss of democracy was clearly on Bush's watch, although it was his neocon puppetmasters who were most responsible.

Worst of all, Bush and his cabel lie about their role instead of taking any kind of responsibility for their policies.

The neocons have a busy agenda of coups.
cnn.com

<font color=brown>"A United States of America-registered Boeing 727-100 cargo plane was detained last night at about 1930 hours (12:30 ET) at Harare International Airport after its owners had made a false declaration of its cargo and crew," Mohadi said in a statement.

"The plane was actually carrying 64 suspected mercenaries of various nationalities," he said, adding that an investigation had also revealed "military materiel" in the cargo.</font>

The first, of course, was the Bush/Scalia coup of 2000.
