<<The PEGs and PEs are flat out saying buy but the market isn't paying attention.>> Basically, that is all I have been trying to say, and obviously today, the market is "really not" paying attention. It is more of the same mindset to sell regardless of the present situation. INTC is "dying" today - presently down well over 4 percent as I write this note. Back on 9 Jan it was selling for 34.60, presently it is about 27.70 - down 20 percent - quite a haircut in the last 2 months. Don
