Sector rotation does not care about PE's, PEG's, Analysts' upgrades, earnings outlooks or anything else. What has been happening in the market is reality. It's true that things can change on a dime. But even if money rotates back into technology there is no guarantee we even reach the heights seen in January. I hope everyone here will realize that our economic recovery has hit its stride. Money has already begun to rotate out of technology. It's not surprising that institutions are investing elsewhere. Why is it that I'm not? How about everyone else? RtS
