Sure they should be out of bounds - if they stay out of the campaign! Now - there is the prior example of Hillary. I guess she should have stayed home and baked cookies so she could have stayed "out of bounds". Heck, she is lucky she couldn't remember anything. Like how the billing records showed up on her dining room table - and she is supposedly the smartest woman in the world - right?
