Sorry I meant 100 billion, which was also low. Not ONE billion, sheesh. I typed one billion because one industry today went to the international trade committee to ask for relief and was rebuffed (again). In their case it is a one billion dollar trade deficit.

We can't continue like this. Economists are saying this expansion is almost over and we have spent ourselves into oblivion.
