Being from MA, I've seen a wide range of candidates go national. I was most disappointed by Dukakis who I thought was the most honest politician I had ever studied.

Kerry - As popular as he is, even in New England is considered an opportunist, being all things to whichever audience he is enjoying. What's so funny I think is his background. I'm all for not judging someone by heritage, but I'd say 99% of active voters thought he was Irish Catholic through and through. Again, I'm not judging the man by his ethnicity but rather the perception that he allowed to follow him throughout his career. It's indicative of other issues.

Still, I'm hoping that he will come up with specifics that more than just pandering and bashing Bush.
