Maybe it's all in the "eyes of the beholder". jj........But I don't see that in the chart you posted.....or in my 60min. or daily charts of SPX....???

I don't disagree with that comment. The "breakout" on the OEX which failed may only have been the 'd' top though. Tech has far more bearish scenarios alive right now.

In any event you are quite right that it is better to wait than go long here IMO.
