"The important thing, I think, would be to get the details of the myriad tortures depicted at length, close up, in detail, with a lot of blood. The mothers of the "heretics" could be illustrated watching the torture. The Bishops and other priests could also explain about the mistrust, possibly to the mothers."

I agree, that would be a powerful film, a very vivid demonstration of our ability to inflict cruelty on our fellow man.
