Mike,
I am a bit worried too in here. Can this economy just stop here and fall back into recession or just slow growth? Logic says no but those job numbers that keep lagging and the bond market say something else. I think we will be vindicated and my gut says we are within a hair of the bottom in chips and equips but what if we get lower gnp numbers than anticipated? Mike

CNBC
Jim Kramer just said that he thought it was rising gasoline prices (along with poor employment numbers--my add) that were depressing consumers and thus doing some harm in here. Gas price just missed the all time high by a penny today. Oil market reversed itself at least for today. It would be nice if we got some of our allies?? to add some supply about now.

<<Similar to what mike said in his previous post, it looks like the market is starting to price in another recession. Would this be the double dip that many of the bears were calling for last year?>>

It's hard to believe another recession is just around the corner with interest rates so low.
