And yet when Clinton handed the keys to Bush, we still had a World Trade Center in New York.

Bush knew Al Qaeda was responsible for the attack on the Cole but he didn't do anything about it. The Bush administration was less interested in terrorism than the Clinton administration had been before 9-11.
