the problem I have is with the dollar. Today on cnbc they were speculating another 40% drop in the dollar against the euro. There is a school of thought that a dollar decline will create jobs but nothing will happen, of course, if the asian currencies are pegged to the dollar. Anyway another precipitous drop like this on the dollar and we are in the midst of serious stagflation I'd say.
