TELE,

Brian Roberts of Comcast has Controlling B shares that can NOT be diluted he will ALWAYS have 1/3 the vote . The Class A shares have 1.3 bill. shares outstanding . The class A special stock have NO VOTING powers for Directors . How NICE .

Brian Roberts and 2 other directors of Comcast are Directors of on other boards that control about 7 mill. Comcast A shares . Wonder how that vote is going to go .

I wonder if Brian or Pop have any other buddies on other boards that control Comcast stock ?

Both Roberts [ Father and Son ] are Comcast Directors .

So I think it's pretty safe to say that Brian has or can easily get MORE then 50.1% of the votes he needs at any time .

Tele you just don't get it do you . Rich families get that way because they retain control of their family business . They are not about to give up control to a passive investor just because they put down a few bucks .

WAKE UP .
