you would think.

but with that logic you could also say...it's been over a year since the FDA inspection, why would they wait so long?
you could even back up a step and say...the PENNSAID trials were designed in conjunction with the FDA...why the huge delay?

my friend talked about PENNSAID to his orth. surgeon in the u.s. after a knee injury. the surgeon said that current large makers of oral nsaids campaign against DMSO saying it is unsafe. maybe it is big money stopping u.s. pennsaid approval. i dunno. u.s. submission was when, in 1998?
besides that, the same guy said that DMSO was looked at decades ago and not pursued, and that FDA today says to stay away from DMSO.

nothing has gone easy for DMX. it's almost a murphy's law then that the FDA will reject. if that happens, i'm hoping to load up even more and bet that worldwide sales will conquer. if the FDA approves, then life is easy.

off topic...loading up may get easy...i qualified for the finals of a poker tournament and i'll be playing on a cruise ship next week for the big bucks.
