JK really will stand up to powerful corporate interests. It won't be easy but if we're behind him he can succeed. Arnold Schwartzeneggar proved one thing this year, if the people get mad as hell and are behind you, you can move mountains. Ironically, Arnold is also in bed with corporate special interests, but that's another matter.

Deep-down all the politicians sucking on the corporate lobbyist tit are scared. They know if people ever found out the truth about them they'd be booted out of office. So let's do it. Tom Delay has to go too, him especially after GW and Cheney.

my guess is that we get a single payer system in Kerry's first term. I think he will raise corp taxes or other taxes to finance it. The sentiment has turned on this issue and people are fed up.

My husband and I are both self employed...............we pay 1000.00 a month for us plus one child.

It's hard for us to feel any sympathy when the grocery workers bitch about having increased health care costs.
