Wireless Acronym Soup

DBDM, CDMA2000, 1xEV-DO, 1xEV-DV,IMT-2000, GSM GPRS, TD-SCDMA, EDGE, 802.11, WiFi, WiMax, W-OFDM, 1xRTT, UTRA TDD HCR, WCDMA.

Have I missed any?!?

DECT, CDMA-PAMR, HSDPA, Bluetooth, FLASH-OFDM, 802.16, MBWA (802.20), HiperMAN, WMESH, UWB, and don't forget OFCDM "which increases throughput to 1Gbps at a bandwidth of 100MHz by NTT DoCoMo, NEC, and Fujitsu.

100 Bloody MHz! I wonder how fast it is in 1.25 MHz.

Let's see... if we aggregate 80 1xRTT channels we could call it 80xRTT

Man, I'm still trying to figure out what the variations of 802.11whatever do.
