IMO this ignorance of the major changes and the new modern face and spectacular images that the New East presents is a function of western media failing to bring the world to the doorsteps of the west. I agree with you. There is going to be one hell of a shock in the good ol US of A and elsewhere when BubbaOther discovers that a world exists beyond the 200 mile limit and that world is rockin.

For Gods sake, they can't even go metric.
