The people making the accusations were the same who made the WMD accusation, the "imminent threat" accusation. OK, if Clinton let Osama slip away and Bush is adept at going after Osama and apprehending him, then why has he not done so still. Realize, that the Osama network is a pretty strong underground network. Their degree of being clandestine does not depend on who is US President. He remains as elusive now as he was then. Nobody lets anyone slip away. That is nonsense.
