'Tis true they made it seem like Kerry flip-flopped on several defense appropriations bills. But the truth shows most of the defense votes were on one bill. And his vote was enjoined by five Republicans, including Cheney advocating for elimination of some of the same programs Kerry voted against. But, hey, what's the truth matter to GOPwingers?
