(ianr : pink sheets) announced today that it has signed a share exchange agreement to acquire Allixon Co., Ltd of Seoul, South Korea. Allixon Co., Ltd. (http://www.allixon.com/) specializes in wireless Auto-ID technology which allows non-contact identification using radio waves. These systems, called Radio Frequency Identification or RFID, are effective in manufacturing and other hostile environments where bar code labels could not survive or are impractical to use. The Company intends to file shortly its Form 10SB with the goal of becoming a reporting company under the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, so it will be eligible to be quoted on the NASD's OTC Bulletin Board.
