Who is the top three flash producers?

AMD makes flash, not sure who else is big in it. If you know the answer and mean this as a rhetorical question, it's a lot more useful if you just post info rather than post questions.

And watch the grammar!

I will agree cellphones themselves are commodities, but the few companies producing the semiconductors is where you should put your money.

Agree with who? I didn't say cell phones are commodities, I said they are one of the rapidly changing, rapidly growing areas of tech - that's the opposite of a commodity. Commodities stay the same (copper, oil, or in tech, PCs).

And as for the companies making cell phone semiconductors, I listed the main ones - TXN, QCOM, MOT and NOK (semis for internal usage). I agree, QCOM and NOK and perhaps TXN seem like good investments.

Not sure what your point is, though. If you have one, please make it (instead of asking rhetorical questions, if that's what you think you are doing).

Elroy.
