Nope! Not loving your self is a sign of poor mental health and needs to be worked out through a mental health care professional. I think those who do make an effort to overcome mental illness are the ones who prove that they do have courage to face life and their efforts will help them to get rid of the character defects that are robbing them of happiness. Who wants to be around someone who dislikes themselves? (smile) James
