I never paid enough attention to schools to say for sure - when you compare infrastructure, stability, quality of life and educational opportunities in the places I have lived (UK, Netherlands, Croatia, Bosnia, Botswana, South Africa and Mauritius), the Netherlands comes out on top. My only real beefs here are cramped, expensive housing and a damp, cold winter. Left to my own devices I would have a summer place in southern France and a winter house somewhere warmer.
