Looks like sewer rats get at LEAST one full vote. But-as MORON-DOT-ORG showed Howard Dean-there are far fewer of them than their noise would indicate...

What percentage will pets have? I think my dog should have at least 25% of a vote, he's a small dog, but he has a big bark, he should have voting rights too... pet cats could also have 25%, and pet birds 15%, pet fish could have 5%...

When blacks were first allowed to vote each vote counted as 1/2 of a white vote, therefore a 16 year old in CA today would be equivalent to 1 black of yesterday, and a 14 year old is counted as 1/2. Interesting.
