I do realize that you hope to label all of the neocon's offenses as conspiracy theories so that you can dismiss them.

Au contraire, there's no conspiracy theory to pre-emption. It's open and notorious as it should be.

It says to terrorists, we're not sitting back waiting for you to attack us. It's says to those who harbor or consort with terrorists that they are in deep danger.

I support that as do most Americans.
