Wonder how China and Russia feel about the new missle. Whole lot of nuke powers in a pretty concentrated region, with like half the world's population. Ugly.

There are conflicting views between those that view the "natural boundaries" of China as being the outer boundary of the Manchu Empire, and those that see a more modest Middle Kingdom. Meanwhile the Uighurs, Taiwanese and Tibetans suffer.
