Cybertel Communications Acquires Interest in Core Energy March 09, 2004 10:15:00 (ET) VISTA, Calif., Mar 9, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Cybertel Communications Corporation (CYTP, Trade) announced today that it has acquired an interest in Core Energy LLC. Core Energy is a Bakersfield, California based oil and gas production company with operations in Bakersfield and Impendence, Kansas. Core Energy's focus is in the acquisition of "stripper well fields." The company currently has 52 wells in production on their California properties and 150 wells that are candidates for return to production operations. Core manages the Kansas fields and currently has 85 wells in production with up to 600 as candidates for return to production.
