I agree that there are a number of RWE's here who spend far too much time on ad hominem attacks. But do be aware that there are some left-wing nutcases too. And IMO, Politics for Pros is no longer a political discussion thread but a board for RWE's to post endless editorials and rants. Liberals who want to engage in thoughtful discussion with others have either been kicked off or have moved on.

Take a look at the Bush did 9/11 thread and then read the posts by those whackos on other threads. You will find extremist views that are just as "sick" as the ones you site. Your problem is that you want to attack and don't want to be attacked back. Catch 22.

'Lizbeth, re: What a bunch of freaks. Do you wander around SI looking for a pot to stir? There are "Freaks" aplenty on both sides of the SI political spectrum. You should ponder this illumination. Another insight for you and the "Freaks": This is supposed to be a place where investors can congregate to discuss investments. A lot of us have grown very weary of the vitriol we read on SI, especially when the sewage overflows onto boards such as this and stock-related boards. I feel very sure this weary group includes both Dave and Bob. I would cordially invite anyone who wishes to continue the political back-biting to take it to a proper place: like Raging Bull. This crap darned near ruined SI and I'm very happy that new folks are in control now. All my opinion, of course.
