You point up something that IS consistent -- in human experience -- folks always regard the lies they tell as "whiter" than others.

For me, I would not vote to convict unless I knew that she knew that Erbitux was being denied. Is that a higher standard than required by law?? Heck, I'm not a lawyer ...
if the law has a laxer standard than that, I think it is ridiculous and can be used capriciously ...

I also think it is ridiculous that the only witness who got to the issue of whether or not she lied -- clearly lied himself -- and leverage -- as in plea bargain was applied to get him to testify.

I will not, if asked to serve on a jury, give much weight to a witness upon whom leverage was applied in this fashion.
Niether will I participate in convicting someone in a "sting." I have pretty extreme views, I know, as relates to the powers of all the branches of government.

Will you not agree on a larger issue -- Martha is an example here -- that this IS about public relations -- not primarily to scare potential would be future offenders -- but rather to reassure J6P that the stock market isn't a cesspool which is run to transfer wealth from j6p to the powerful people??
