Shack will probably get to it... in the meantime, imo the HUI decline off December top was a Flat, followed by an impulsive advance out of Feb 2 low. After a fairly deep retracement, the index is showing some strength (albeit so far without any convincing impulsiveness). Could go either way, but imo the benefit of doubt here should go to the bulls.

Yes, a 3 wave. Either of a larger 3 or a C off the early feb low, as skinowski said.
