You may laugh, but YOU try defining pornography sometime. The most obscene SC decision I came across had nothing to do with pornography, btw. It was the decision that the farmer, forget the case, couldn't eat his own wheat because wheat was regulated, and his eating his own wheat constituted engagement in interstate commerce because wheat was traded in interstate commerce. Backyard gardeners beware; you grow your lettuce and peas and corn only with the sufferance of the Federal Government.
