I'm surprised by the number of friends who own Dell computers who are now telling me Dell tech support is abysmal - contrary to what I used to hear. They finally need to keep calling back until until they reach that one out of five technicians who actually speaks English fluently. I'd sell Dell if I owned it.

By the way - in my experience, home prices in Third world nations are high only in those areas which are owned by the top 3% of the population who have inherited 90% of their nation's wealth. Outside of these walled enclaves asset prices are quite low.

A Third-Worldization of the United States would see most asset prices fall precipitously.
