This is IMPOSSIBLE to say.
Here are the competing factors:

1) US trying to build reserves
2) ME unrest and geopolitical tensions
3) Venezuela
4) Terrorism in SA
5) The world wants Bush OUT (think higher prices)
6) Bush will deplete US reserves to ZERO to win re-election if that is what it takes (IMO he will not win but is willing to wreck our reserves to try)
7) China building reserves
8) China slowing growth

If pipelines are blown up in SA nothing will stop a steep escalation. Otherwise please remember #6.

It is a crapshoot. Really.
But lets look at it another way.
If there is a disaater of ANY kind, we can skyrocket up.
We are NOT plunging down IMO.
Best bet.
May-June-July peak IF there is no disaster somewhere.
Falling prices (regardless of consequences) into the election.
