I'm surprised at the strength of the real estate market here. It has been flat to slightly up in spite of Boeing laying off 30,000+ workers in the last couple of years. I think it's because of the low rates. I think the influx of new people to this area has slowed, though. I think the deciding factor will be the general economy and interest rates. I think that people have become accostomed to being "house poor". And I think we have less of a downside than, for example, Silicon Valley>
