It should not have been misleading...they are all supposed to vote, each time.

The article is clear as to how it affected Enron and the auditors. I can understand that Kerry is very close to Ken Lay, considering his ties to the Heinz foundation.

.When "those that voted with him" apparently includes the great majority of the Republican party in Congress, I think the label "Kerry and those that voted with him" is pretty darn misleading
